Abstract
The condition of the short circuit fault at transformer outlet was narrated in detail. The fault state of three-phase winding was described,and the reason of winding damages was analysed. After analysing protection movement condition,the measures for preventing short circuit fault at transformer outlet were suggested,especially with the measures from relay protection,such as to improve setting principle of protection and increase bus differential protection etc..
