To Explore Strategy of Improving Nurses' Job Satisfaction

Objective Investigate the related factors of nurses'job satisfaction and identify the important factors to explore the strategy for improving it.Methods The 300 nurses were surveyed by a questionnaire respectively,who were experienced the job before and after the modified work conditions were performed.It was hypothesized that may be establish the strategy to improving the nurses' job satisfaction by this way.Results By comparing the nurses' job satisfaction before and after the modified work conditions were performed,we found that including reducing workload,increasing pay and welfare may improve the job satisfaction of nurses.Conclusion Workload,pay and welfare were the key factors affecting the job satisfaction of nurses.Improving the satisfaction of nurses job would benefited the stability and development of nursing staff,as same as ensured the quality and safety of nursing work.
