Abstract
Due to the high speed of increasement of Chinese economy and limited oil storage, our supply of oil resource mainly depends on import. But the current situation of oil import price is passively accept mode, furthermore, our reaction to fluctuant oil price is too lag. Because of oil pricing mechanism unreasonable, the domestic oil price fluctuates to the international oil price. So the improvement of oil import market becomes more important than ever.
