Development Trend of Rule Against Hearsay

Rule Against Hearsay is one of the oldest and most complicated and important rules in Evidence Law in English-American Legal System.But as the times progress and with the progress of science and technology,the traditional view supporting the Rule Against Hearsay has been increasingly challenged,and new understandings have been formed of the development trends of hearsay evidence.This article makes some re-speculations on the Rule Against Hearsay mainly by refuting the traditional theory supporting it,and concludes that the development of Rule Against Hearsay will be a more loose state,and could eventually die out.
