Abstract
Economic globalization is a “double-faced sword” .It gives us a developing opportunity as well as brings us a severe challenge.To pursue benefit and avoid disadvantage, and not only take part in the process of economic globalization but also insist on strengthening state sovereign, We must hold the chance of economic globalization to further innovation of state sovereign on the basis of recognizing the logically interactive relations between economic globalization and state sovereign.
