Diagnostic Value of Ultrasonography for Pelvic Mass in Premature Female

Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasonography for pelvic mass in premature female.Methods:Sixty premature female patients with pelvic mass were examed by ultrasonography,and were fellowed up.Results:Sixty-seven pelvic masses were detected by ultrasonography before operation.There were 69 pelvic masses founded after operation,including35 benign masses,11 inflammation masses,4 malformation masses,5 malignant ovarian masses,5 bordered ovarian masses,8 benign cysts and one enlarged ovary.Conclusion:There is an important diagnostic value of ultrasonography for pelvic mass in premature female.Combined with patient's age,clinical presentation and other examinations can get a higher correct diagnostic ratio.
