Study on expression and significance of CD44 and CD82 in female non-small cell lung cancer

Abstract
Objective To analyze the relationship between the expression of CD44 and CD82 in female non-small lung cancer.Methods The expression of CD44 and CD82 in 61 cases tissues of female non-small cell lung cancer、para-cancer tissue and 45 cases of benign lesions were studied by flow-cytometry.Results The expression of CD44 in cases with lung cancer were higher than that in para-cancer tissue and benign lesions(P0.01),and the expression of CD82 in cases with lung cancer were lower than that in para-cancer tissue and benign lesions(P0.01).There was no dependability among CD44 and CD82 in the para-cancer control group and benign lesions(P0.05).They had dependability among the different differentiation degree、clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P0.05),and showed negative correlation between the expression of CD44 and CD82(r=-0.804,P0.01).Conclusion The expression of CD44 and CD82 may play an important regulating role in the genesis,development and metastasis of lung cancer.
