DISCUSSION ON THE COMFORT AIR-CONDITIONING TEMPERATURE IN PUBLIC BUILDINGS

The present circumstances of the thermal comfort in public building installed air-conditioning were analysed,the thermal comfort was affected by both the dramatic temperature difference indoors and outdoors.Reducing indoor air-conditioning parameter as well as modifying the proposed air-conditioning temperature was considered workable and effective energy-saving method,and the recommended air-conditioning temperature for public buildings in both summer and winter was presented.
