Abstract
It analyses stress sustained by pipe during hydrostatic test and briefly introduces calculation formula deduced process of test pressures.It points out that it shall consider compensate the load of pipe ends to working cylinder and first determines rational pressure of working cylinder with hydrostatic tester and determines pressure of hydrostatic tester by adopting ends seal when test pressure is greater than 90% of the minimum yield strength of pipe.
