Application of Automatic Test System Based on GPIB Bus and VISA Standard

Abstract

With complication of industrial test system and increase in data quantity,it improves test efficiency to use Gernaral Purpose Interface Bus.This paper introduces the theory of GPIB and the automatic test system that consist of an signal generator,a spectrum analyzer,a personal computer and a device.The system can test and collect datas automatically using VBA in Excel.
