Abstract

Innovative spirit and practical ability are two basic requirements of college students in the 21st century.With the development of various innovative practices being implemented in colleges and universities,the evaluation of extracurricular innovative practices is becoming more important than ever.Innovation credits and R factor are two important ways in the current evaluation system of innovative practices.In order to develop innovative talents,it is necessary to establish compensation mechanism upon examination system and elimination mechanism of tolerant on input,strict on output upon selection system.
