Research on Quick Judgement of Manufacturing Capability in Small and Medium Manufacturing Enterprise

This article studies the rapid assessment of small and medium enterprise's manufacturing capacity to explore the information system of our country.The manufacturing capacity is divided into two aspects: one is based on the equipment performance,which is static manufacturing capacity;the other is based on the date of delivery of the manufacturing capacity that is dynamic manufacturing capacity.Firs Hy,the static manufacturing capability of enterprise is assessed by the polychromatic sets theory,and then the production scheduling,the dynamic conditions is assessed whe ther the delivery time limit is met to conclude the enterprise manufacturing capacity.Through the two times assessments the actual estimation of the production capacity is more closed to.
