Abstract
The tribological propoties of C/C composites which weaved in 3K colth composites have been studied on MM-200 tribological machine, and the microstructure of the friction surface was observed. The experiments showed that the coefficient of friction has been increased when the velocity improved while the wear rate has improved at the same time. The friction coefficient has been decreased when the load improved while the wear rate has improved at the same time. The results indicate that the tribological behaviors were abrasive wear and adhesion wear at the beginning and the tribological behavior were fatigue wear when the fricton film have appeared.According to the result,it was normal wear of C/C composites on low energy while the friction coefficient changed between 0.1~0.2 and the temperature on friction surface was 0~100℃.
