Abstract
In this paper conception and operation characteristics of construction site supervision are elaborated. The responsibility of supervisors and their work are mainly elaborated. At the same time the problems existed in construction site supervision and their solving measures are proposed. Author emphasized that effective construction site supervision is a effective was to ensure engineering quality.
