Abstract
The two-stage method of enzyme-weak acid solution was used to isolate raw material lignin from the triploid of populus tomentosa. The raw material lignin samples were analyzed through GPC, the molecular weight distribution was tested, the molecular weight distribution ofraw material lignin was obtained and the quantity-average molecular weight and mass-average molecular weight of raw material lignin wereobtained. The raw material lignin structure spectrogram of the derived raw material lignin was obtained with phosphorus nuclear magneticresonance (31P -NMR) technology and the contents of such phenolic function groups in the lignin structure as aliphatic hydroxyl, total phenolichydroxyl and the phenolic hydroxyl in carboxyl and total phenolic hydroxyl were quantitatively analyze and compared, which leads us to adeeper understanding on raw material lignin structures of the triploid of polulus tomentosa.
