Abstract
Two kinds of low color temperature white LEDs(DR LED and FP-LED) were got, which had same package structure. Photo-electricity parameters such as spectrum, luminous flux and so on were measured, and their photoelectric properties, temperature characteristics and color quality were compared. The results show that DR-LED has higher luminous efficiency than that of FP-LED, but the efficiency drops faster with temperature rise. As to the color quality,DR-LED has better color rendering than that of FP-LED, but its spatial color uniformity is poor and easier to produce color drift, FP-LED has better spatial color uniformity and light color stability.
