On Legal Education in the View of American Legal Realism

Abstract

American Legal Realism firstly took place in the field of legal education when it criticized the governmental case method of instruction. It adopted some measures in curricula,teaching material and teachers’ fellowship. Those innovations suited the fluctuant American society and adopted the soul of some other legal genre. American Legal Realism took influence on the legal education methods of American and some other countries,more importantly it caused the appearance of clinical legal education.
