Since 1990, East Asia has been in a peaceful situation. To review the history of East Asia since last 20 years, the rise of China's economy is the largest and most important variable. The rapid and stable development of China's economy has brought remarkable change in the area of economy, politics, security and other for surrounding environment. It has been proved by history that China's development has not caused any threat to neighboring countries in East Asia, on the contrary, become it has become the essential guarantee of the peace of East Asia.
