Abstract
Compared with traditional yeast ,zymomonas mobilis has the advantages such as rapid fermentation and high use rate of saccharide etc. However, it also has the disadvantages of its narrow utilization of substrate species. Its biomass in the fermentation has significant relations with glucose concentration and the addition level of yeast extract. The use of immobilization techniques, collective immobilization techniques, the technique of mixed fermentation of multiple strains,or genetic engineering techniques in zymomonas mobilis fermentation could increase ethanol yield.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
