Abstract
The PC motherboard power test system based on USB interface is presented. Firstly, the features and structure system of the USB interface are introduced. Then the implementation of the system in the aspects of both hardware and software is addressed in detail. The microcontroller ISP1581 is used as the main controller and the programmable component FPGA is used for time controlling. The data then is sent to the computer by USB interface to display and analyze. The hardware and software design for the high-speed real-time data collection system based on USB2.0 is put forward. The software part mainly consists of firmware design, driver program design and application program design. The designing of the USB driver program under Windows XP system is discussed in detail. The experi- mental result shows this system is feasible.
