Abstract
Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is one of the most common malignant tumors worldwide. Surgery and chemotherapy are the main methods in therapy of NSCLC. The study and identification of predictive targeting molecules and markers of chemosensitivity of NSCLC will be beneficial to customized treatment of NSCLC patients. This article will review the research status about excision repair cross complementation group 1(ERCC1) as a predictive marker for chemotherapy of NSCLC.
