Abstract
In our economic development,the relation between government and market experienced several big historical evolution and still has not found the best conjunction point.Through the analysis of the relation between government and market in the western society,and comparing it with that of China,we can find that there is some problem in our country: the resources are allocated completely by market itself and the government gives excessive intervention to the economy.What kind of relation the government and the market should keep in the economic development should depend on the specific circumstances.In a word,the relationship between government and market should be a process of interaction,mutual promotion and dynamic development.
