Abstract
Objective:To determine the status of drug resistance for pulmonary tuberculosis in both migrant and resident in Huzhou. Methods:The drug resistance of palmonary tuberculosis were determined in group of migrant TB cases and resident TB cases as control group.Proportional method was used for susceptibility test of 4 antituberculosis drugs. Results:Total drug resistance rate of 194 smear-positive patients was 35.6%,of which the rates of first treat and re-treat patients were 29.8% and 50.9% respectively, and the total cure rate was 84.8% in group of migrant TB case.200 smear-positive patients' total drug resistance rate was 29.0%,of which the rates of first treat and re-treat patients were 22.3% and 44.3% respectively, and the total cure rate was 87.0% in group of resident. Conclusion:The rate of drug resistance was high in both migrant and resident TB cases,so modern TB control program should be implemented continuously to decrease the occurrence of drug resistance tuberculosis.
