The status quo of physical education curriculum in compulsory phase in Gansu Province and its countermeasures

By using methods of documentation,questionnair survey and interview,the status quo of physical education curriculum of primary and middle school in compulsory phase in Gansu Province is studied.The results show that teaching programme can't meet society and students' need for school physical education and resulting in a serious phenomenon of compellent physical education.The results also indicate that the proportion of teachers with high academic degrees is low and the structure of teachers is unreasonable,which make the level of school physical education development is low.According to the results of this study,the countermeasures of teaching reforms are put forward.
