Abstract
There are many shortcomings in traditional testing systems, such as complicated operation, long time for debug and configuration, and single function.A test system based on intellectual sensor and virtual instrument technology was developed.A hardware platform was built with advanced 1-wire and PXI bus.Through transplaning TEDS into traditional sensor, the sensor acquires the function of self-identification.The modules TEDS sensor,auto-configuration lines, data acquisition and analysis were developed on virtual instrument platform. They can be operated with convenience and be developed according to customer's need. The experiment proved that this system has strong usability, and represents one development direction of future machinery test system.
