Abstract
In this article the main problems existed in urban water supply and water saving are analyzed. And based on the principle broaden sources of income and reduce expenditure, resources allocationthe conception of enhancing scientific and technological management level in water supply and water saving is elaborated to building water saving city and social strategies.
