Abstract
Multitier distributed information management is widely used more and more, one of the most important problem is how to choose the mechanism of information change.SOAP has become the preferred mechanism of information exchange in distributed environment for its simplicity and extensibility. This paper presents a multitier distributed model based component manager pattern with XML and SOAP and describs the application of SOAP.The theoretical analysis and prototype preliminary experiment result prove the validation of the method. In fact, the feasibility of this method has been testified by successful application in developing a office automation system.
