Abstract
Four cases are investigated for the positions of the fixed-axis in the rigid body itself which rotates with the fixed-axis,which as follows:(1) the central principal axis of the rigid body,(2)the principal axis of inertia but not the central principal axis,(3)non-principal axis of inertia acrossing the centre of mass of the rigid body,(4)the non-principal axis of inertia which not across the centre of mass of the rigid body.The binding force accepted by the rigid body in uniform rotation circling fixed-axis are analyzed in these four conditions mentioned above.
