The Study of the Realization Mechanism of Social Responsibility of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise

The lack of social responsibility of SMEs is a comprehensive problem;causes for that are not only concerning the enterprises’self-consciousness and capability,but also concerning such external factors as government and system.To solve the problem of the lack of social responsibility of SMEs and encourage the SMEs to positively shoulder the social responsibility,the government,enterprises and the society should cooperate with each other and establish the multi-linkage mechanism.First,we should establish the internal mechanism,integrate the enterprises’ social responsibility with their development strategy and improve their capabilities for shouldering the social responsibility;second,we should improve the external incentive and restraint mechanism and law and regulation system and formulate the appraisal mechanism;and third,we should formulate the related supervision mechanism.
