Abstract
Combining with the planning examples of bar plan and network plan of the schedule of 'Maoshan Taoist Culture Plaza' garden project,the drawing method of bar chart and network chart,the characteristics of bar planning and network planning,the calculation of network plan time parameters and the comparison between the actual schedule and the planning schedule were expounded.
