Research on influencing factors of Pleurotus eryngii mycelial growth

Abstract
The growth rate of temperature,pH value,carbon source and concentration in growth regulator treatments of Pleurotus eryngii mycelial are determined for research.The results of experiments show that the optimal temperature is 25℃,pH value is 7.Carbon source is glucose and its dosage 20g/L.Adding hormones has the promoting action.
