On college management system of students' affairs under condition of credit system

Higher education has rapidly developed into an important period of changes,among which the change from academic year system to credit system comes first.The credit system naturally requires colleges to operate on the following principles: focusing on students and serving for students,emphasizing 'self-education' and bringing their initiative into full play,completing management system of students affairs,building up tutorial system and raising the overall quality of the administrator.On the basis of the principles,this paper aims to search the effective approaches to construct college management system of students affairs under the condition of credit system.
