A Legal View on the Innovation of Social Management

Social management is an activity of organization,regulation and control in the course of the social operation by the state or social association,through which the social system can develop in a harmonious way due to the sound social order. Currently,many issues arising from the social management in our country have impeded the development of both economy and society. And those problems arising from this system cannot be thoroughly resolved without reforming the presently-applied system of social management because the innovation simply cannot take place. Therefore,it is necessary to define the power limitation of social management so as to perfect the law on social management and identify the roles played by the government and social association. And by improving the ways of enforcing the law by administrative authorities and the legalization of social management on the virtual network,we may be able to realize the goals on the social management innovation and harmonious society.
