Abstract
Experiment was aimed at studying the problem of browning control during the shoot-tip culture of pellicular walnut. Results showed that the beat way of preventive methods for the browning of explanted tissue is that the explants of walnut were cultured in the dark on DKW medium added with 6-BA 1.0mg/L + IAA 0.01mg/L +20% Na 2S 2O 3 5ml at 25℃ for 15~20d after dark culture on 1/2MS medium added with activated carbon 2g at 5℃ for 7d, and then, the subculture plantlets were transplanted on the same medium at intervals of 15~20d.
