Abstract

On the basis of the thoughts of traditional Chinese aesthetic education and the thoughts of western aesthetic education, Wang Guo-wei founded his theory of aesthetic education. Wang Guo-wei advocated that aesthetic education should be independent. He considered that in the field of aesthetic education, aesthetic education's own value is principal and moral culture in aesthetic education is accidental. The thought is the theoretical base of Wang Guo-wei's training ideal human beings theory.
