Relationship among Marginal Abatement Cost,Emissions Constraints Shadow Cost and Energy Price

This article analyzes the concept of marginal abatement cost and related research,constructs the marginal abatement cost decision model of economic entities,and analyzes the relationship among the marginal abatement cost,emissions constraints shadow cost and energy price.And this article analyzes the negative relationship between marginal abatement cost and energy price.Then,based on shadow cost,it analyzes the factors of marginal abatement cost by the graphic interpretation,and examines it empirically combined with theoretical model and the equilibrium price of the international carbon trading.Lastly,it puts forward some policy suggestions for China.
