Abstract

Objective: To investigate the early changes of cerebral infarction in the CT images and relevant hemodynamic indexes(CVDI) and its clinical significance.Methods: From 2008 through the early CT diagnosis of ischemic cerebral infarction for 38 patients with CT imaging features were analyzed,and 30 healthy persons with the blood flow,cerebral vascular resistance and other hemodynamic parameters were compared study.Results: In 28 patients with cerebral infarction showed positive signs of middle cerebral artery sign in 8 cases of high-density,local brain tissue swelling in 19 cases,the island with a sign in 14 cases,14 cases of brain density slightly in real terms.Cerebral infarction group,the average flow velocity,blood flow,the maximum and minimum blood flow velocity was significantly lower compared to the healthy group(P0.05),and pulse wave velocity,characteristic impedance,and critical pressure levels were significantly higher(P0.05).Conclusion: CT scan in the diagnosis of early cerebral infarction plays an important role in early cerebral infarction of the cerebral blood flow indices is significant changes detected.
