Abstract
The economical theory of value divides into the materialist theory of value and metaphysics theory of value. The former includes the theory of essential factor value the theory of labor value and various schools while the latter containing the theory of utility value and the theory of marginal utility value. Marxist theory of labor value showed the essence of value according to the materialist logic and proceeded to state the scientific theory of contradictions and rules which exist in the course of social economics' operation. On the contrary the theory of utility value and the theory of marginal utility value analyze value by using metaphysics knowledge outlook as its starting point.
