Abstract
Space-Time Frequency-Shift Keying(ST-FSK),which enjoyed high military value, could merge very naturally with frequency-hopping communication systems.Based on the introduction of ST-FSK systems, the paper further presented the block diagrams of the ST-FSK transmitter and receiver, and derived the minimum frequency space for ST-FSK,and for different SNR it discussed the performance of ST-FSK noncoherent ML detector in the presence of distinct carrier frequency offset. Both theoretical analysis and simulation results show that lower SNR lessens the carrier frequency offset sensitivity of ST-FSK detector, and that in the presence of identical frequency offset the performance makes a difference between different levels ST-FSK.
