Abstract
The research on four kinds of heavy metals of Cu,Pb,Zn and Cd in surface sediments presented north estuary of the Ou Jiang River in spring and 10 samples were conducted. The difference of Cu,Pb,Zn and Cd of surface sediments in time and space was compared,at the same time,considering dynamic conditions,some conclusions were obtained that the area was not evidently polluted by heavy metals except for light contaminated of Cu with the first sediment quality standard,Cu was the dominate contaminated factor in surface sediments,the lower contaminated of surface sediments was showed offshore of north estuary of Ou Jiang River in space. Comparison with the 2011's data,the heavy metals contents was decreased except for Pb which hinted surface sediments quality was improved.
