Abstract
Legalization is a baisc principle of the law of Real Right.It is important in the system in the law of Real Right.However,traditional legalization restrains the appearing of the new kinds of real right which makes this law lose flexibleness.It is a trend of the law of real right that weakening legalization conquers its limitation.It has important means of the legal system of the law of real right that knowing and comprehending the legalization rightly.
