Abstract

The paper analyzes the water environmental quality in Fuzhou zone of lower reaches of Minjiang River by taking Fuzhou zone of lower reaches of Minjiang River as a research section,and sees an impact on the water environmental quality in accordance with the city pollution discharge arrangement and the intensity of pollution discharge during the low water period by applying a model study on twain dimension water dynamics-water quality coupling.The research result shows that high concentration pollution exists in the area of water source between the Southeast water plant and Mawei water plant,causing an obvious impact on water environmental quality in the area of water source of the Southeast water plant,the index increment of permanganate will reach at 1.0mg/L and increment of ammonia nitrogen will reach at 0.15mg/L during the tidemark,and the water quality after background value will be close to III kind criterion limit value.It is suggested that the water gap should be transferred to the higher reaches of the Huaian River and the water gap in Southeast water plant should be replaced or abolished.
