Abstract
Objective:To explore the ideal therapy for post stroke dysphagia.Methods:60 patients diagnosed with post stroke dysphagia were divided into two groups at random,30 cases in treatment group,and 30 cases in control group,both with the same routine treating.The treatment group was treated with the comprehensive therapy of tongue acupuncture and nape acupuncture on the basis of the conventional western medicine therapy.One acupuncture was performed each day,ten days for a course of treatment,and the curative effect was evaluated after two courses.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93%.The total effective rate of control group was 80%.The total effective rate of treatment group was obviously higher than the total effective rate of control group(P0.05).Conclusion:The acupuncture therapy for post stroke dysphagia has a better clinical curative effect.
