The Value of diagnosis to Painless Gastroscopy for hiatal hernia

Objective:In order to evaluate the Value of diagnosis to Painless Gastroscopy for hiatal hernia(HH).Methods:Analyzed the results of 291 cases painless gastroscopy of the last three years in our hospital,And comparative with esophageal barium meal X-ray fluoroscopy and general gastroscopy.Results: There are 6 cases of hiatal hernia in 291 patients,accounted for 2.06%.All of these 6 patients was diagnosed esophageal hiatal hernia by X-ray diagnosis and barium meal.Thus,the coincidence rate was 100%.The detection rate of esophageal hiatal hernia was 3.51% in 9127 patients by ordinary endoscopy over the same period,in which 43 cases in 69 cases was diagnosed esophageal hiatal hernia by X-ray diagnosis and barium meal.Thus,the coincidence rate was 62.31%.Conclusion: Painless gastroscopy can be more intuitive in the characteristics and complications of esophageal hiatal hernia observed clearly,There was considerable accuracy with Esophageal barium meal X-ray fluoroscopy.It was great value in diagnosis of esophageal hiatal hernia.
