Abstract

The educational resources are an important part of social resources,thus saving universities to carry out activities to create a conservation-minded society is to build the proper meaning and the inevitable requirement for university an important way to improve operating efficiency and strategic choice.As higher education workers,the construction should be fully aware of the value of saving college,and actively explore the construction of college saving measures to continuously improve the construction of the college saving the weak links,and effectively improve material and human resources at universities use efficiency.
