Dominent Research on College Graduates'Recessive Employment

With the increasingly grave employment situation in China,more and more graduates enter into the rank of recessive employment.This paper analyzes the status and causes of the college students'recessive employment,and further discusses the pros and cons in students'engaging in recessive employment.A number of countermeasures are advanced to promote the dominance and regularization process of college students recessive employment.
