Abstract
Using mathematical statistics, this article statistically analyzes the research papers on the aspect of the minority sports in the 9 core integrated sports periodicals published from 1994 to 2003, and draws some important conclusions. In the past decade, 64 papers on the minority sports have been published, 55% of which are fund-based tasks, and most first-authors come from the general universities or colleges while the core-authors are no less than 5. The study on minority physical education is based on the middle and west area of China. The research methods applied in these have gradually changed from individuality to collective cooperation.
