On Status of Equality in Criminal law

Abstract
The criminal law emphasizes on the equality in criminal justice definitely, however, the circle of criminal law has been arguing on the status of the equality in criminal law. There are three problems about it, namely whether the equality is the legal principle or legal right, whether the equality can be the basic principle of criminal law; what relationship is between the equality before criminal law with the principle of legally prescribed punishment and the principle of suiting responsibility and punishment to crime.
