City Logistics Development Evaluation Based on Principal Component Analysis

This paper describes the meaning of city logistics,and combining with previous studies,proposes that research on city logistics evaluation system must take into account the relationship between city logistics and its service area's economy,the paper deeply analyzes the effect factors of city logistics development level,on the basis,establishes a scientific evaluation index system,and builds the principal component analysis model for city logistics evaluation,taking Dalian,Tianjin and Shanghai for example,the paper applies the city logistics development evaluation system to make a demonstration research.
