Abstract
This paper describes the Benxi Iron and Steel Company steel plant in the development process of the production of low carbon steel,continuous casting process to prevent the increase of carbon,nitrogen,and by reducing non-metallic inclusions in steel,the production of qualified slab,the casting process for the improve their production practices in the achieved results.
